"Very pleasant to work with. Had to get a survey on my boat to acquire liability insurance. I understand to a point. Some items that had to be addressed included the surveyors recommendation to install a second smoke and carbon alarm; the interior is only 20’ long?? But I complied. We will see how it goes from here."

"I am a 70 year old female on a limited income but have all the expenses that everyone has. Auto insurance is not a luxury; it is required. It was increasingly difficult to pay the monthly.premium.

"Tara and the folks at the Diane Banks agency were fantastic! I was nervous about moving to Florida, especially moving my boat to Florida permanently. I had heard so many horror stories. "Sara was a God send! Carolyn from Sunshine Cruising Yachts recommended i call the local GCS State Farm when we told her we would have to leave Florida because we could not find boat insurance that would cover us during hurricane season and not totally bankrupt us. sara was not only able to offer us insurance that would allow us to keep the boat in Florida during hurricane season but it was way more affordable than everywhere else we had shopped. In addition to that Sara took the time to answer all the questions we had and was immensely patient and kind. We highly recommend Green Cove Springs State Farm for all your insurance needs!"

"1 star is lowest? I am not sure how State Farm gets worse by the day, but they do. The Diane Banks agency tops the list for poor customer service.

Here is the most recent example: I cancelled my truck policy, but too close to when the auto payment would be taken (I'm OK with this) and told it would not be refunded but apply to other policy (not ideal but ok).

I then called to cancel the other policy a week later. I was told they did not know the amount of the credit I will receive. And told they currently show a $98 credit. The problem is the policy cancelled should have left over $200 is credit. I asked for the details of that $98 and was told "you will have to wait." For what???? If you can see the current credit amount how is the derived? This is simple math.

When asked for details I was told I could not "bully my way to an answer." I said nothing to bully anyone; I asked for the details my my credit.

This is the most recent of many issues. I don't know if I am more excited to cancel because of the bad service (and they don't even care to try) or crazy high cost. I switched to progressive and saved $167/month for the SAME POLICY. I don't know how they even justify rates."
