Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, I attended Florida Atlantic University and later brought my passion for service to our Green Cove Springs–area customers. Outside the office, you’ll often find me staying active at the gym. Pamela Kirby

Pam joined the Diane Banks State Farm team in February 2024 and brings 10 years of State Farm experience to customers across Florida. As a licensed insurance professional, she helps Good Neighbors with auto, home, renters, and life insurance while delivering service that’s confident, compassionate, and dependable. Pam lives in Jacksonville and attended the University of the Cumberlands. She grew up in a small town in Kentucky and once owned a farm. Outside of work, Pam enjoys volunteering with a local dog shelter, Girl Scouts, the Community Food Exchange, and Neighborhood Watch. Jasmine LaRue

Jasmine became part of the Diane Banks State Farm team in July 2024 and brings two years of insurance experience to the Green Cove Springs office. As a licensed insurance team member, she enjoys getting to know customers and helping them with auto, home, and pet insurance needs. When she’s not working, Jasmine loves camping, fishing, or cooking her favorite meals. Providing excellent customer service is always her top priority.

I’m Becca, and I’ve been part of the Diane Banks State Farm team since January 2018, with a State Farm insurance career that began in 2015. In my role supporting customers with insurance payments, I assist with everything from auto insurance to life insurance and more. I live in Ocala, Florida with my husband, our four kids, and our dog, Boscoe. When I’m not working, I enjoy painting—it’s my favorite way to unwind and recharge.

Debbie Stephens
Office Manager
Debbie joined the Diane Banks State Farm office in February 2024 and serves as our office manager, helping ensure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our Green Cove Springs customers. Her role keeps the office organized, responsive, and ready to assist with auto, home, and life insurance needs. Debbie lives in the Chimney Lakes area and attended Cumberland College. Known for being dependable, positive, and a true team player, she’s also involved with a local Girl Scout troop, previously owned and rode a motorcycle, and never turns down pizza. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading, loves the movie Grease, and has been checking items off her bucket list.
